The home is fantastic, but the ideal location is just the icing on the cake! Located between the 2 major roads in Idaho Falls, 17th Street and Sunnyside, you'll find that you can easily get wherever you need to be, but the privacy of this particular street is so unique since there isn't much through traffic at all! It's so peaceful! The layout is a simple one level with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located where the garage used to be so there is one step down into that area. (just a heads up for our guests asking about any stairs) The washer and dryer are also located down a flight of stairs in the unfinished basement.
