Good to know

This newly built cabin is conveniency located just off Hwy 20 in the area of Island Park known as Last Chance. It's tucked back off the highway, making it extra convenient to access any time of day or night! Pull right up to the cabin and easily unload your gear right into the front door. No dirt driveways or stairs to mess with! Enjoy the proximity of local conveniences that make it easy to fill up your gas tank or cooler as you head out on your daily adventures. Then, at the end of a long day, enjoy a short walk across the road to soak in an Idaho sunset while dining on the patio at a local restaurant overlooking the river or out of your own picnic basket on the riverbank. The sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The chalet offers generous space and a long list of amenities that help make your time here extra comfortable. From the fully stocked kitchen with all the tools and appliances you need to create a homemade meal to the whole home air conditioning that you’ll love returning to after a day in the sun. The cabin has a coffee/tea bar with a Keurig coffee machine along with k-cups and a variety of teas. The living room is a great place to relax and unwind as you stream your favorite show on the large smart TV, play games, read a book, plot your next days' adventures or sit around and tell fishing stories with your pals. Then retreat to your private bedrooms for a restful nights' sleep. Each bedroom has its own custom closet and drawers, lamps, bedside tables, device charging outlet and most importantly, clean and comfortable sheets and bedding on top of comfortable mattresses. The bathroom sits between the two bedrooms for easy access and we provide plenty of high-quality towels, hand towels and washcloths. For laundry, we’ve updated this unit with brand new full-size washer and dryers in July 2025 rather than the small combo machines in several other units. Outside, there is a propane grill (propane provided) and some seating for soaking in those gorgeous Idaho evenings. Bear proof trash bins are also conveniently located at each cabin so there is no need to haul off your own garbage.

Other Details to Note

Each of the cabins in this community are individually owned and operated. I host the majority of the cabins so if you’re interested in renting multiple cabins for your group, please just let me know and I’m happy to make arrangements for you! The community is pet friendly, however we do require all pets to be leashed at all times when they are outdoors. Cleaning up after your pet is also a must!

Fly fisherman‘s paradise, across the street from the Henry Fork, next to two fly shops. Trout hunters across the street, with attached restaurant and bar. Cabin felt very high-end, washer and dryer in unit amazing, felt very big for the space. I have already rebooked my next visit.

Our visit was great! The cabin was very clean, with great attention to detail. Sharie was very kind. She responded to me within minutes of contacting her on the airbnb app. My family really enjoyed the space and going to Yellowstone. It was more of an experience rather than just a "stay". We were originally booked for one night but wanted to stay for two. Sharie was extremely generous and donated the second night to our roadtrip fund! Between the environment and aesthetic of the cabin, the bright energy from Sharie and her kindness, this stay surpassed all expectations. It's a no brainer! If you want a great experience then book this place!
