Centennial Mountain Shores area of Island Park — a gated community, scenic, primarily residential/vacation-rental cabins. Closest notable attractions: Island Park Reservoir, Harriman State Park, Big Springs, Henry’s Fork of the Snake River, Henry’s Lake and easy access toward the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Businesses are spread-out among the town of Island Park and offers several local restaurants, bait/tackle/market services within a short drive. Larger services concentrated in Bozeman or Rexburg for larger needs.

Area requires a personal vehicle; roads are a mix of paved county streets and seasonal gravel roads. Extremely limited local ride-share options (if any). Walking is fine for immediate neighborhood but not for reaching attractions. Snow tires or AWD/4WD recommended in winter and shoulder seasons. Seasonal charter shuttles and regional bus services operate in summer between major gateway towns (Bozeman, West Yellowstone, Idaho Falls) and park gateway points; car rental strongly recommended for guests.
